The 9 Step Greenshore Builders Process

1. Initial Meeting

At our first meeting, our key focus is on listening to you, our customer. It is your home, and it is our job to help you create a design that fulfils your desired outcome.

2. Initial Design & Pricing

Every concept we provide combines your wishes with our extensive construction and design experience. We will provide you with an initial design for your consideration along with an estimated cost.

3. Preliminary Planning Agreement

Once you are happy with the renovation design and price estimate, we will ask you to sign a one page Preliminary Planning Agreement and pay a nominal amount toward progressing your project to the contract stage. This amount is deducted from your contract amount.

4. Approval Process

We take care of the entire council approval process including full working drawings. We work with many local governments every day and are familiar with their approval process, requirements and timeframes.

5. Materials and Final Cost

Final construction costs are influenced by the materials and fixtures you choose to suit the decor of your home. You make your selections, but with the vast ranges available, we will work with you to choose the right finishes for your home. Once you are happy with your choices, we will formulate a final fixed price.

6. The Contract

The designs are complete, materials selected and council approvals are in. We will sit down with you to finalise and sign the fixed price contract, answering every question along the way. The transformation is about to begin.

7. Confirmation and Timeframes

Together we will finalise timeframes with you – including start dates and realistic building timeframes. We will do the job right the first time and finish within the nominated build time.

8. Construction

We treat your home as if it is our own. Our staff will respect your home and your family and ensure that we complete the work with minimal disruption to your lifestyle. Clint, the supervising director will keep you informed every step of the way.

Green-Shore have a long standing relationship of 10+ years with their contractors that work harmoniously alongside our direct employees, Ben, Barry and Kyne the on-site Team.

Is Green-Shore just a builder or do they design as well?

Green-Shore Builders are a complete package. We have an in-house designer who will create your ideas around your budget.

Can we live in during the renovation or do we have to move out?

Yes! of course. Although there is dust and dirt during construction, Green-Shore strive to the highest level to make sure your experience is smooth and enjoyable. Our past clients are more than happy to share their story.

Clint Shore – Director

Clint completed his apprenticeship as a Carpenter and Joiner before starting his own carpentry business. The business grew quickly and established itself as the preferred contractor with a number of Perth’s leading renovation builders.

As On Site Supervisor for all jobs we undertake, this hands on role by a Company Director sits really well with all our clients and is a massive point of difference to many other renovation companies. They like the fact that the person they are dealing with every day is an owner of the company.

Quentin Green – Director

Quentin is also a carpenter by trade and has worked with Clint for many years, carrying out all aspects of carpentry within the renovation building industry, from second-storey additions to internal finishing. Quentin is also a registered builder.

He has wide experience across the residential and commercial building sector and runs the office side of things for Green-Shore Builders including estimating, variations, pricing, contracts – the list goes on.
